All Colorado Drone Chargers products come with a lifetime warranty and free domestic shipping.

Customers may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Colorado Drone Chargers will cover return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (e.g. receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Customers should expect a refund within four weeks of drop-off for shipment. In many cases, customers will receive a refund prior to that date. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), processing time (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes customer’s bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

To return an item, Contact Us by providing your name, order number and product details. We will respond promptly with return instructions.

Colorado Drone Chargers offers shipping worldwide. Note––there are restrictions on some products, and some shipping locations may require additional documentation.

When placing an order, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on availability of your items and selected shipping. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, dependent upon the provider chosen.

Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on our Product/Shop  page (select desired product from this page). Weights are rounded to the next full pound because of shipping vendor policies.
